If you have a full UK driving licence, then you can tow a caravan, subject to certain weight restrictions. If you received your licence before 1st January 1997, then you can tow a caravan up to 3500kg; if you received your licence after this date, then you can tow a caravan up to 750kg, and must take a trailer towing test to tow anything beyond this weight limit.
