Job Title: Transport Coordinator & Sales Support
Location: AMTEC Yard / Office
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to join our team as a Transport Coordinator & Sales Support. This is a varied role within a small, lively team, offering the opportunity to learn, develop, and grow with a business that has strong ambitions for the future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange transport of machinery in and out of the AMTEC yard.
  • Organise the collection and delivery of parcels and pallets.
  • Support the sales and purchasing teams with invoice processing and purchase order management.
  • Manage export paperwork and coordinate international transport.
  • Answer incoming calls and assist with general enquiries when required.

About You

  • Highly organised with good attention to detail.
  • A quick learner with a proactive attitude
  • Strong communication skills (both phone and email)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a willingness to support different areas of the business
