What does a farm roller do?

Farm rollers are used to break up clumps of soil, removing any small rocks and other forms of debris that get in the way when planting and harvesting. This is done by pushing the rocks and other solid objects further down into the soil. This creates a more level and uniform surface, using farm field rollers helps ensure crops are planted and harvested in a consistent manner.
