You can still buy and use red diesel after April 2022, as long as it is not used to fuel non-road mobile machinery on construction sites. Vehicles and machinery used in agriculture, horticulture, fish farming and forestry can still use red diesel, so if you are a farmer, you can still purchase red diesel to fuel your agricultural machinery.
